Eligibility Criteria:
• Open to applicants affiliated with eligible Irish higher education institutions or research organizations.
• Applications can be submitted in Irish or English.
• You can apply even if you’ve previously been unsuccessful, with a limit of two previous applications.
Programme Details:
1. Postgraduate Scholarship Programme:
• Research Master’s Degree: 1 year
• Structured Research Master’s Degree: 2 years
• Traditional Doctoral Degree: 3 years
• Structured Doctoral Degree: 4 years
Program Benefits:
Successful candidates will receive an annual package valued at up to €31,000, which includes:
• A tax-free stipend of €22,000 per year
• Tuition fee support of up to €5,750 per year, covering both EU and non-EU fees
• A research consumables grant of €3,250 per year for research-related expenses
