Documents Needed for Conditional Acceptance Letter (Offer Letter):

Note: The student needs to have their last three years’ transcripts to complete their final registration at the university.
Steps of Registration:
- Receiving the Student’s Documents and Application: The university receives and processes the student’s application.
- Issuance of Conditional Acceptance Letter: The university sends the Conditional Acceptance Letter within one to three working days.
- Deposit Payment: The student pays the deposit to the university account and sends the bank receipt.
- Final Acceptance Letter: The university issues the Final Acceptance Letter after confirming the deposit payment.
- Arrival and Final Registration: Upon arrival in Turkey, the student completes the payment of their yearly tuition fees (which can be paid in two installments). The initial deposit paid for the final acceptance letter is deducted from the total tuition fees. The student then submits their documents to the university and completes the registration process.
